Bob Marino

As principal of RFM Development, a company that specializes in customized training programs, training consultation, design and development, Mr. Marino combines over thirty years of experience in management/employee development, customer service and telecommunications in a variety of industries.

A graduate of St. Joseph’s University with a B.A. in International Relations, his professional experience includes service with Colonial Penn Group, Transport International Pool, and over 9 years at the former U.S. Healthcare’s corporate headquarters. Bob has volunteered with the Alzheimer’s Association since 2000 in several capacities, but with a special passion for public policy and advocacy. He’s accompanied the Pennsylvania delegation to every D.C. ‘Day on the Hill’ since then, and serves as co-chair of the Pennsylvania Public Policy Coalition, and board advocacy chair for the Delaware Valley Chapter. He was a member of the 501(c) 4 Task Force that authorized the creation of AIM, and is an alternate chapter delegate to the National Assembly. In 2006 Bob received the Association’s Maureen Reagan Outstanding Advocate Award. His parents’ journey through Alzheimer’s was also profiled in the spring 2011 issue of ‘Aspire’, the Alzheimer’s Association’s bi-annual philanthropic report. He was most recently appointed as a member of Pennsylvania’s Alzheimer’s Disease Planning Committee by Governor Tom Corbett in April 2013.
