Sarah Lorance is an accomplished board-facing executive in highly complex and regulated industries.  Sarah has deep expertise in compliance, ethics and privacy program executions, merger and acquisition due diligence, risk mitigation and control environment improvement.  She currently leads the consulting practice of Autumn Advisors, LLC, providing consulting services to healthcare organizations.  Ms. Lorance spent over 22 years within the healthcare industry, with her most recent role as the Chief Compliance Officer, of Anthem, Inc.  She started her career as a tax accountant with Alcatel Network Systems, Inc., as well as, US West, Inc. and Anthem, Inc.

Ms. Lorance received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Iowa and is a Certified Public Accountant.  She lives in Denver, Colorado with her husband, Michael and is the proud mother of their two children, Gabriella and Joseph.  Sarah has served on the Board of Directors since 2015 and in October 2022 she was elected as Chair.
